They are nearly instantaneous. Click a button, fill out a short form and a page pops up with a link. Hit the link and a file downloads to your computer. Done. There is no shipping delay much less a shipping charge. The sound quality is excellent and the downloads are vastly cheaper than physical cds - between 35 and 50% less - plus the free shipping.

Nothing-to-it Download Instructions
Step 1) Download:
After you purchase the download product, you will be taken directly to a download page where you will download what's called a Zip file. When the "File Download" screen appears, select "Save" and save the file to a place on your computer that you will remember. All of the media files are grouped together in one Zip file for easy data transfer. Your email receipt will also have the download link in case you need to download it again.

Step 2) Extract:
Next, click on the the downloaded file and it will usually extract automatically. The file contains Mp3 audio files along with pdf files of instructions, cover artwork and handouts from Enneagram courses. All of these can be easily opened and printed out.

Exceptions: To extract the files using Windows Vista, right-click on the zip file and select "extract all files." To extract the files using Windows XP, right-click on the zip file, select "open with" then select "compressed (zip) files." Now, select "extract all files" in the blue menu area to the left. This will launch the Windows extraction wizard. Be sure you select a location that you can remember as the destination for the extracted (unzipped) files.

Step 3) Play, Use and Enjoy:
You can now play the files on your computer, burn audio CDs, or sync the files to a compatible portable device.

Also included are Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files of the cover art. You almost certainly have Adobe Acrobat Reader in your computer. 99% of all computers do but if yours does not simply click on the logo below.

MP3 Files
MP3 is the industry-standard format for digitally storing music and other audio. The MP3 format was designed specifically for music. It features a compression algorithm that greatly shrinks a file's size with virtually no audible change to the music.

MP3 files will transfer to any portable device and will play on any device or computer. We recommend that you download iTunes either for a Mac or your PC. iTunes will enable you to play files on your computer as well as transfer the files to your iPod.

You can also burn your own CDs, a capacity built into many newer computers as well as made easy through inexpensive cd burners. Since each person's system is different we can't recommend the one right way to configure your system for doing this. You might have to consult the nearest teenager.

Our MP3 files are DRM Free which means they have no copy protection. You can copy your MP3 files to any digitial device you own. In an ideal world it would be nice if you use them only for your individual benefit and, if you like them, recommend our products to others. We realize this is unrealistic but we are trying to make a living and these products represent years of effort and expense.

We are much stricter about anyone who publishes, transmits, re-broadcasts, or sells our programs without permission. Any of these constitute outright copyright infringement and prompt us to follow through legally.

How big are the MP3 files? How big is the total download?

Can I download over a dial-up connection?
We highly recommend that you don't try. A typical CD would take several days to download over a dial-up connection we strongly advise that you seek out a coffee shop or public space with a WiFi connection.

How long do I have to download my purchase?
Three days from the time of purchase.

How do I transfer MP3 files from my computer to my iPod or similar device?
In general, with iPods you can use the iTunes software. With other devices, you can attach the device to the USB port on your computer and treat it as another hard dive to copy files to it.

How do I listen to the music on my computer?
Again, this depends totally on the set up of your computer and what software is installed.

We strongly suggest that that you make sure you're familiar with the process before you purchase an MP3 download.

Return policy
For obvious reasons we can not accept returns to downloaded purchases. If you're not sure about your purchase, please consider ordering a physical CD instead.

More about the download process
You add the download product to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process just like you would normally. In addition to an email receipt, you will also receive an email with your download information and links to download your digital audio files.

Once you click on the link, a blank page will be opened in your browser and the download will start automatically.

You have 3 download attempts authorized with your order so that if your download gets interrupted for some reason you can try again.

I get an error telling me my download has expired but I have only tried to download one time.
There is a known problem with Internet Explorer 7 where the default settings will allow for only one download attempt. The way around this is to change your internet settings in IE7 or set a different browser such as FireFox as your default browser.

To change the settings:
Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Downloads > Automatic prompting for downloads to: Enable.

If you continue to have trouble or you are not using IE7 and you have this problem, email us as soon as possible and we will gladly reissue the download to you.

How can I get help if I have trouble with my download?
The easiest way to get help with your order is to simply reply to the email that contains your download information. You may also contact us from the contact link on this website. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
