Changeworks/MAPS offers a variety of ways to order. If you are looking for an "on-line" order form, we are in the process of creating a secure on-line order form. In the meantime you can choose one of the ways below to order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipped Ground Service to street addresses, bookrate (up to 4 weeks) to P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise specified.  Please include $5.95 for the first pund or fraction and $1.00 for each additional pound or fraction up to 10 lbs. ($1.00 for each additional pound or fraction over 10 lbs.). VISA, MasterCard, American Express, check and money orders gladly accepted.  When ordering or requesting a catalog, you can call toll free 24 hrs. any day at 1-800-937-7771 or 1-503-228-4972.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Prepaid in USD.  Please include $5.95 for the first pound or fraction and $1.00 for each additional pound or fraction for surface delivery.  We will keep a certificate of mailing: insurance, registering, etc., upon request will be extra.  Orders with non-book items (cassettes, videos, etc.) include $2.00 per pound extra.
