The Erickson Institute


    Carol Erickson, L.C.S.W., M.F.C.C., is the Director of the Erickson Institute, which offers offers individual and staff training for therapists, clinics and agencies. Subjects include Ericksonian Hypnosis and dynamic Ericksonian short term therapy.

    Carol has a life-long experience in the fields of hypnosis and therapy dating from her childhood as eldest daughter of Milton Erickson, M.D. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley. Currently she presents seminars and lectures nationally and internationally.

    Carol also has a private practice, offering "short therapy with long range effects" for individuals, couples and families. She has assisted thousands in utilizing their own strengths and resources to develop new skills and abilities.

   She is the co-author of Natural Self Confidence, Deep Sleep and Sweet Dreams, Rapid Pain Control, Quick Stress Busters, Self Hypnosis and Easy Enhanced Learning, all of which are available through the Erickson Institute.
