Combines NLP's powerful methods for change with the deep insights
of the Enneagram. This workshop will deepen NLP and makes the
Enneagram's insights useful for making changes, solving problems
and fulfilling your goals. As you learn more about yourself and
others, the knowledge will help you enhance your relationships
and communicate more effectively. You will also improve at resolving
conflicts and work successfully with difficult people.
I have worked with the Enneagram since 1979 and with Ericksonian
hypnosis and NLP since 1977. Through the years I have selected
techniques from a number of therapies and modified them to address
the needs and pitfalls of each Enneagram style. The result is
something like a "tool-set" for personal change - useful
practices and ideas that you can adopt to transcend limits, solve
problems and enhance the natural potentials of your personality
style.

Level 3
subjects include:
* Perceptual
Positions and Shadow Styles
The experience of an event, situation or relationship
often happens from several different perspectives (First, Second
or Third position). Explore the Perceptual Positions to the Enneagram
and use it to work successfully with clients' shadow styles,
"difficult" Enneagram styles that baffle, frighten
or even styles that impress or attract you.
* Creating Effective
Homework Assignments and Behavioral Tasks
Learn how to use Erickson's non-hypnotic approaches to create
exercises, homework assignments, therapeutic rituals and behavioral
tasks that help clients solve problems and resolve personality
dilemmas.
* How to Recognize
and Use Parental Points
In addition to our primary Enneagram style and its secondary
connections, we carry within us our parents and therefore their
Enneagram styles. Identifying how they influence our talents
and limitations, the role they play in problems and the resources
they represent all contribute to successful coaching. We will
also touch on how birth order affects Enneagram styles as well
as cultural and subcultural influences.
* Demonstrations
One of the specialties of Tom's work is his powerful demonstrations.
In this training he will do demonstrations revealing the "inner
architecture" of the type, discovering and recognizing sensory
qualities, as well as looking at self-limiting behavior and how
to transform this into greater freedom and choice.
As a coach it is important to continually improve your skills,
to offer your clients a unique and valuable service. Many coaches
have found the Enneagram to be a superb diagnostic tool for understanding
individuals and organizations. Successful changework with your
clients calls for a deeper insight into human beings and in this
the Enneagram broadens your ways to coach and adds to your present
skills. Combining the Enneagram's insights with other effective
methods like NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis will further insure
that you produce lasting, positive change with each new client.

a new certification training for coaches: The Dynamic Enneagram
Coaching© training: A total of 5 days of training with the
American Enneagram-, NLP and Milton Erickson specialist Tom Condon.
The training will focus on building skills, giving you specific
tools and practices applicable in your coaching business. Tom
Condon will demonstrate a number of techniques helpful to different
Enneagram personality styles. You will experience many new possibilities
and fresh choices in your coaching practice.
The Dynamic Enneagram Coaching© training will also help
you use the Enneagram at a deeper level in your coaching, to
move to the core of a problem more quickly. If you have past
Enneagram, NLP or Ericksonian experience this training will deepen
your understanding of all three subjects.
